I help adults understand themselves more deeply, resolve trauma, and create meaningful change. My style is direct, warm, creative, and holistic.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand how trauma impacts the nervous system, relationships, self-perception, and patterns of behavior. I integrate EMDR, art therapy, mindfulness, attachment work, and depth-oriented approaches to help clients heal at the root.
I also love working with creatives and highly imaginative people who want therapy that engages the mind, body, and expressive self, not just talk alone.
